The HB wind addiction tour was a tour of kitesurfing organised and sponsored by HB the ice-cream people. They took five of the top kitesurfers in the country and toured them all aver Ireland for ten weeks of beach, fun and games. With the full entourage of the 2FM roadcaster, DJ'S, staging, banners & flags and of course ice-cream galore. Not only did it attract many thousands of interested and curious members of the public, but it also provided a focal point for a lot of non-sponsored kitesurfers to hangout and party the summer away.
